My current work-in-progress is now half-finished. It's a scarf (lace kerchief) meant to be knit from a single skein. This one is a birthday present for a friend.
Pattern: Miss Otis Regrets
Yarn: The Yarns of Rhichard Devrieze - Peppino in Seaside Surf
I bought the yarn at Lettuce Knit when we were in Toronto in July. Rhichard happened to be in the store when we went in, so I got to meet him as well as buy a couple of skeins as gifts.
These are socks I knit for Dave in the summer. The yarn is Zauberball Crazy by Schoppel-Wolle. I love this yarn. It feels really good to knit, and the long repeats (longer than a pair of socks!) are fun. Time to dig these out for autumn wearing, now!
