Pink toddler cardi

It's finished!

The yarn is Cascade Heritage 150 Paints. I bought it in Grant's Pass, Oregon in August to knit Tiana another sweater. I used the sizing and shaping from the Scrappy Socky Stripey Cardi pattern but made some changes (no stripes, obviously) to the finishing. I went for i-cord ties at the neck, because this is the design I imagined when I bought the yarn. I'm really pleased with it, and excited to have a finished knitting project after these months of not being able to knit much. The sleeves took forever, as I could only knit a few rounds at a time when I was doing them.

Here is the fall colour on the patio today:

  1. The sweater is really sweet. I bought the same colour way in Cascade 220 super wash paints and made vest (In Threes) for a baby gift.
